ACME POKER × POLYMARKET“$50 in Free Prediction Market Picks” Promotion

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Acme Poker × Polymarket promotion (the “Promotion”). By requesting a code and participating, you agree to these Terms. The Promotion is administered by Acme Poker (“we,” “us,” or the “Organizer”). Read them in full before participating.

1. Promotion Period#

The Promotion begins on September 8, 2026 and runs until cancelled by the Organizer, or until the available supply of bonus codes is exhausted, whichever occurs first. The Organizer may pause, modify, or end the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility#

• Open only to new Polymarket customers who do not already hold a Polymarket account.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
• Participants are solely responsible for confirming that Polymarket is available and lawful to use in their jurisdiction. Polymarket is not available in every U.S. state or country, and availability can change. If you cannot open, fund, or use a Polymarket account for any reason, you are not eligible for any reward under this Promotion.
• Limit one (1) reward per person, per household, and per device/IP address.
• Employees, agents, and immediate family of the Organizer, and anyone involved in administering the Promotion, are not eligible.

3. How to Participate#

1. Request a code. Ask Acme Poker for a promo code in your group chat.
2. Sign up for Polymarket. Create a new Polymarket account using the promo code provided, and complete any identity verification (KYC) Polymarket requires.
3. Deposit. Make a deposit of at least $10 on Polymarket.
4. Confirm your signup. Send Acme Poker a screenshot showing your Polymarket username so we can verify your signup on our end.
5. Receive your rewards. Once your signup is verified, you receive the $50 Polymarket bonus plus a free $10 on Fear the River, subject to these Terms.

4. The Rewards#

4.1  $50 Polymarket bonus. The $50 bonus is provided by Polymarket and is governed entirely by Polymarket’s own promotional terms, not by the Organizer. It is a new-user bonus/trade credit (not a guaranteed cash withdrawal) and is subject to Polymarket’s deposit, wagering, verification, and withdrawal conditions. Polymarket may modify, delay, or withdraw its bonus at any time. The Organizer does not control, guarantee, or accept liability for the delivery, amount, form, or terms of the Polymarket bonus.#

4.2  $10 Fear the River bonus. The $10 bonus is credited as club chips to your Fear the River account. It is issued by Acme Poker only after your signup is verified as a new Polymarket customer who completed a qualifying deposit. Chips are credited within 24 hours of verification.#

5. Verification#

Before any Fear the River bonus is issued, the Organizer may require proof that you are a new Polymarket customer, used the assigned code, and completed a qualifying deposit of at least $10, including the screenshot described above. The Organizer may withhold or reverse a bonus where participation cannot be verified, where the deposit is later reversed, charged back, or refunded, or where the account does not meet these Terms. Verification determinations are made by the Organizer in its sole discretion.

6. Limited Availability#

A limited number of bonus codes is available. Codes are issued on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Requesting a code does not guarantee one will be available, and availability may end without notice.

7. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification#

The Organizer may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any participant and void any reward for actual or suspected:

• Multiple accounts, duplicate entries, or use of more than one code per person, household, or device;
• Self-referral, or creation of accounts on another person’s behalf to claim rewards;
• Use of false, misleading, or another person’s identity, payment, or verification information;
• Deposit reversal, chargeback, or refund of the qualifying Polymarket deposit;
• Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the Promotion, these Terms, or Polymarket’s terms.

8. General Conditions#

• The Organizer may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or amend these Terms, at any time for any reason, effective upon posting.
• The Organizer’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding.
• Acme Poker is not responsible for promo codes that are entered incorrectly, are invalid or expired, or fail to credit properly on Polymarket’s side. No compensation, substitute reward, or make-good will be provided for customer mistakes or for any failure of a code to apply.
• The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for any taxes on rewards.
• Polymarket is an independent third party. Its brand, platform, bonuses, and terms are controlled solely by Polymarket. Participation in the Polymarket platform is between you and Polymarket, and is subject to Polymarket’s terms of service.
• Rewards are provided “as is,” with no warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for any loss arising from participation in the Promotion or use of any third-party platform.

9. Risk & Responsible Play#

Prediction-market and event-contract trading involves risk and may result in the loss of your entire deposit. Nothing in this Promotion is financial, investment, or legal advice. Participation is for adults only (18+). If gambling or trading is a problem for you, seek help.
